How we manage our work?
We show up long before the work starts. Site analysis, plan review, constructability assessment — all of it happens before a shovel touches dirt. We walk the site, study the grades, the drainage, the orientation, and ask every hard question the drawings haven't answered yet. During construction, we run structured weekly updates, personally inspect every phase before the next one begins, and maintain a living log of decisions, open items, and inspections. You'll always know where your project stands — not because you had to ask, but because we already told you.
