Meyer Construction Group
Meyer Construction Group was built in the mountains. We laid our foundation building luxury custom homes in Colorado's Vail Valley — one of the most demanding building environments in the country. Extreme grades, remote sites, and clients with exacting standards taught us early that complexity isn't an obstacle, it's where the best work happens. That mountain-forged standard is what we bring to every project, wherever it's built. We take on designs that demand as much from the builder as they do from the architect — challenging sites, intricate details, high-end finishes, and plans that others may pass on. We don't water down the vision. We build it as it was meant to be built.
We have general contracting licenses in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina, primarily working in Southeast TN, North GA, and Western NC.

Things that matter for us
We don't build to the minimum standard. These are the principles that shape every decision we make on every project.

*
Modern Building Science
High-performance wall assemblies, thermal bridging, moisture management — the details behind the walls that make a home perform as well as it looks.
*
Site & Topography
Every site has a story — grades, drainage, orientation, access. We read it carefully before we ever break ground, because how a home meets the land is as important as how it's built.
*
Thoughtful Planning
We review every set of drawings with a builder's eye before construction begins. Conflicts get resolved on paper, not in the field — and the project runs better for it.
*
Details & Craftsmanship
The difference between a finished house and a completed home lives in the details. We hold every trade, every finish, and every transition to a standard that reflects the caliber of the project.
